How we work

Our quality processes
Our processes are designed to achieve excellent working relationships with our clients.
We only take on assignments that we know can be executed and delivered to a high standard. We utilise stringent recruitment and selection processes.
In the first stage of the process, we discuss your requirements with you in order to identify your needs and to offer solutions. We identify, record and communicate any factors which could have an impact on the quality or success of the project.
Only qualified and experienced translators and interpreters will be assigned to your projects. In addition, all our linguists are mother-tongue, experienced in their respective fields and members of well-recognised and respected professional organisations.
We maintain contact with our linguists and clients at every stage of each assignment or project, which is tracked and managed through a custom-designed project management system.
Once your translated files have been delivered by the linguist, a project manager reviews them to ensure that formatting and editing follow your requirements.
Your feedback on our service and performance will be used to make any necessary improvements.
